بیل گیتس در جدیدترین مصاحبه‌اش می‌گوید که هرگز در اجرای روی صحنه هم‌سطح استیو جابز نخواهد شد.
استیو جابز، بنیان‌گذار اپل و بیل گیتس، بنیان‌گذار مایکروسافت، در مدت ۳۰ سال رابطه‌ی پرفرازونشیبی داشتند و از متحدان صمیمی به رقبای یکدیگر تبدیل شدند. شکی نیست که این دو فرد دنیا را تغییر دادند و میراثی ماندگار با شرکت‌های خود به‌جای گذاشتند.

بیل گیتس که یکی از افراد موفق‌ و ثروتمند جهان است، در پادکست Armchair Expert گفت که هرگز نمی‌تواند با رقیب خود در اجرای روی صحنه برابری کند؛ جایی که بنیان‌گذار اپل همواره در آن خوش می‌درخشید.
